All these silly email forwards. Pray for the soldiers... look out for the kidnapped kids... read this touching little anecdote... and whatever you do, DO NOT BREAK THE CHAIN! SEND IT ON!
And what do i do? DELETE IT JUST BECAUSE YOU SAID NOT TO!!!

No, not at all. The bad people are the ones who plague everyone else with chain mail and the obligation to send it on... gah.
You should use a site like snopes find out if the claim is true. All of them aren't so checking is merely a formality. Then email your findings back to every person on the email you got... but maybe I'm a bad person.
